Custom Investment Casting and CNC cutting are what Shenzhen Ruiyihang Technology Co., Ltd does best for making complicated metal parts. With more than 9 years of experience making things and engineers with an average of 15+ years of experience in the field, we can deliver precision cast parts with errors as low as 0.02 mm after secondary cutting. Our engineering-driven method includes talking to you directly one-on-one to make sure that your ideas are the best they can be for making them. We support quick development and can make samples in as little as three days for simpler shapes. We can go from making a prototype to mass production without any problems because we can do 100% custom OEM/ODM.

Lost-wax casting, which is another name for investment casting, makes very detailed metal parts that would be hard or expensive to machine from solid stock.
The process starts with a mould of your part made of wax. We cover this design with clay to make a mould that is rigid. We melt out the wax, leaving an exact hole, after the pottery hardens. This hole is filled with molten metal, which then hardens into the final shape you want.
This method works great when you need complicated interior pathways, thin walls, or complicated outside shapes. You get parts that are almost in the shape of a net with little waste.
We use secondary CNC processes like cutting, drilling, and threading on parts that need more precise control.

Our engineers review your drawings directly—no intermediaries. We provide practical recommendations on material selection, structural design, dimensional tolerances, and surface finishing before production begins. This reduces errors and shortens your development cycle.
After drawing review, you receive a quick quotation. Sample production typically completes within seven days, with simple parts ready in as little as three days. We handle both small-batch orders and volume production with the same attention to detail.
We combine Custom Investment Casting with in-house CNC capabilities. This integrated approach lets us hold tighter tolerances on critical features while maintaining the cost advantages of near-net-shape casting. General casting tolerances range from ±0.1 mm to ±0.3 mm, and secondary machining tightens this to ±0.02–0.05 mm where you need it.
We inspect castings for porosity, inclusions, and surface defects. During machining, we monitor critical dimensions continuously. Final inspection includes dimensional measurement and visual checks. All raw materials come with certification, and we follow international standards including FDA compliance for food-contact applications.
If quality issues arise within the same month, we arrange remanufacturing within one week and cover shipping costs.
We offer fast door-to-door delivery, optimized especially for small-batch orders. Duties and shipping can be bundled for your convenience.

Investment cast parts are used in many fields, including:
Q: When is investment casting used?
Investment casting produces precise metal pieces with elaborate forms and delicate details.
Q: What materials may be investment cast?
Depending on the use, stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel, and others are used.
Q: Can you make bespoke parts?
Our parts are fully customisable to your designs or CAD files.
Q: How much tolerance is possible?
Standard casting tolerances are ±0.1 to ±0.3 mm. Secondary CNC machining yields ±0.02–0.05 mm on essential dimensions.
Q: Do you handle both prototypes and production runs?
Absolutely. From prototypes to mass manufacturing, we apply the same rigorous rigour.
Q: How long does production take?
Simple parts are ready in three days, whereas samples take seven. We'll give a production timeframe after assessing your designs based on complexity and volume.
Q: Which surface finishes are available?
Machined surfaces, polishing, sandblasting, powder coating, plating, and anodising are available. Request salt spray test results.
