our factory completed a custom “Wing” aluminum housing project for a high-end coffee machine application. The enclosure combines CNC machining, stamping, sheet metal bending, and anodizing processes to achieve a modern appearance with high structural precision.

The material used was Aluminum 5052, chosen for its excellent formability, corrosion resistance, and suitability for anodized surface treatment.

Wing” aluminum housing project

The manufacturing process began with CNC machining on a machining center to create the precision groove textures and mounting features on the aluminum panels. After CNC processing, the parts entered the stamping and sheet metal forming stages.

One of the key challenges of this project was maintaining the consistency of the machined surface texture after multiple bending operations. To protect the visible surface quality, we prepared the parts for no-mark bending before forming, including special surface protection and customized bending tooling. This process helped prevent scratches, pressure marks, and deformation during bending.

After fabrication, the housing received an anodized finish to provide enhanced corrosion resistance and a clean industrial appearance suitable for premium coffee equipment.
